The belt holds my open-ear headphones snug against my hip without any bounce, even on longer walks. The little pocket is just right for my keys and a card, so I can leave the house with nothing in my hands.

Wore this on a two-hour trail run and it stayed put the whole time, no bouncing against my hip. The clip holds my open-ear headphones securely when I want them off my ears for a bit. Exactly what I needed for carrying the small stuff without pockets.

The little zip pocket actually fits my phone and a gel, which I didn't expect from something this slim. It sits flat against my hip whether I'm cycling or just walking the dog, and nothing bounces around. The clip for my headphones stays put too.
